thats the reason why you should speak with the other ppl first, before you post it here! and be sure that the ppl want to play in the same team like you.. not that there is someone who dont want to play..

i think shorts idea is nice thats a nice way to mix the good players and so too so for the next posts:

-be sure that you write ppl down who wants to play with you
-be sure that you 3 arent in the same clan
-think about a team-name for you 3
-dont forget the msn adress

just make a web randomizer, with a form, everyone who wants to enter fill up his details in it, and when the tournament is about to begin, a html with the teams is generated. how about that?

then after teammates are determined give each player a day or two to veto the decision. and all players who used veto get reshufled again. only this time in their form they can mark players they dont want to play with?
