Hi first of all, how to make heads look like this:

cuz normally then looks like that:

And second thing, im thinking wtf since i play this mod and still dunno wtf and when does it appear:

cg_draw3dicons 0
the rail icon = most rail kills etc
the red one means most kills generally
the green means most thaws.

IMO red medal is for most "excellents" = hot kills - most kills in short time or something like that.

And blue one Oska is for defending, most def kills, but thats for CTF.

The rest is understandable I think

ps. U have also most flags captured medal and "assist" medal ..also for CTF - maybe those could be a problem for someone to understand too...

no, red is most frags, or how u can explain that the one who fragged 1 frag ingame and all other's got 0 got it? D:

and how can u explain when 2 players have 10 frags but 1 has that medal?

or when 1 player has less kills than someone but still has red medal? usually that player ends up with most frags but my point is that that medal isnt for most kills since player with less kills can have it as long as he has made more "excellent's" in a game

give me a screen where someone with less frags has it, never seen it yet.
on another note, medals swap from player to play which have same frags sometimes if one thaws for example and score is recalculated.
