No offence to khazaar, but I wouldn't consider him either: he has the initiative, he's a good person and his heart is in the right place, yet he lacks the poise and the apolitical mindset in order to successfully fill the role within the current mold of Excessiveplus ranking, as it would require the ability to withstand criticism, the ability to view any situation with neutrality and respond in a calm and collected manner to any request, no matter whether it's founded on logic or not.
Considering khaz got pissed off with lack of response (not even a rejection, just lack of any response) and left e+, I don't think he'd be a positive candidate that could contribute to the growth of this mod or the professionalism level of competitive play here. My 2 cents.

ok tem, remind me pls who in past years had all those atributes and was ranking mod? Besides nowadays e+ is pretty despered so khaz would do fit the hole at least for 1-2 months just to add matches nothing more nothing less.
