Hi community,
I have a list of jobs, ppl wanting to help could do :
- To be an Excessive Plus Advertiser ( call some friends you know and encourage them to come to e+ )
- To be an Excessive Plus Movie Maker ( you will need some movie knowledge )
- To be an Excessive Plus Beta Tester ( there are some, but few make real tests including me
) - To be an Event Organiser ( I think some ppl dedicated to this is really necessary )
- To be an Official Referee ( there are actually enough I think )
- To be an Active Moderator ( there are some inactive mods )
- To be an Active admin ( there are few active admins )
- To be a Ranking Helper ( more are needed to help the actual one )
- To be a Documentation Volunteer ( There are things to describe & you will need commands knowledge )
- To be a News Author ( now darky and rosy replace terror )
- To be a GTV Operator ( be able to record well for many ppl outside q3 )
- To be a Map Beta Tester ( test with other tester map for gametypes designed for )
- To participate on ExcessivePlus mappack ( you will need some mapping knowledge, imagination and patience )
- To be a Config Tester ( some configs need really good feedback, and it can be tested on some servers )
- To be a Config Maker ( Anyone wanna new things can create his own config )
- To be a Tool tester ( Just be up to test a tool correctly before to be released )
- To participate on XP Binds tool ( I'm actually working on it )
- To participate on XP Weapon Config tool ( If no one will do it, I will try when binds finished )
- To participate on XP Server Config tool ( I don't plan it right now )
- To participate on XP Client Config tool ( Already exists but has to be improved )
- To help creating SoundPak for your country language ( XP Binds will help you later creating it )
- To be a Server Admin ( this I need for my servers and I'm sure some other server owners need help )
Legend :
- Needed as soon as possible
- Always needed
- Not need anymore
I have tried multitasking many times and it is leading nowhere.
So if you really are interested in a task pls say it.

To much for start - it's overwhelming. Most of these positions can be succesfully replaced by whole community at least for now. For example "config maker" - I'm working on a config right now and I was not obliged (by position) to do so - just had some "feature" on my mind for some time and have found solution recently (will introduce soon)
Testers? - send pm with program/link to some people you know/trust - they will give feedback.
Can't deny that some people are neccessary - news TEAM (including movie maker - "top 10 of the week" "match highlights" etc.)/rank mods/...I'm not aware of all needs since I'm only spectator of clan scene.
I will add one more position - GTV operator! - the matches (at least these important ones) must be broadcasted after being announced - I doubt someone recorded WorldCup to watch it later

I'm already Excessive Plus Beta Tester , Official Referee , Active Moderator ... i can help to make a News Author but I need some help with this...like some one that can make an interviews and something more...as now Im working + studing + leader of 1 clan and 3 teams...and have 5 servers...............really busy now but have some free time 
I think I can find a good Ranking Helper but we will see.

Seriously mod with almost no rights won't success, deleting the post without giving penalties such a bans for short period of time is a endless job no one can win.
I already have suggested this to Beast.
At this moment no one willing to work this way where people split at their face and they can't do nothing about it.

if u have broken rules and yours post get deleted because of that nobody own u a explanation, everyone agreed to follow rules, and even if the 95% of people haven't bothered to read them still they are obligated to follow them
how u imagine this going to work? every person who will break rules will have personal flamewar against mod?
in my opinion people who make problems and don't want listen to mods should be ignored and baned

agree with fala...here around there are ''few'' players who really dont give a f...of what mod say or do...is like...who u are? gtfo from here...so will be good to give a bans for short period..etc...
