What would you like to see in quake 3? Something new, which lags removed, may be some suggestions for gameplay? If a little fantasy

i can fly here,not just making a lot of "counter - headshots". 
And not on the last place the nice ingame maps design.

because the title question is different then the content question i will respond to both of them:
What do you like in quake 3 arena?
i like how Carmack used the openGL to make this game and how id let ppl from all the world to make lovely mods like ExcessivePlus, osp, cpma and Defrag!!! And on excessiveplus i like the comunity and dislike arrogant ppl! 
(If you are pro: teach for free, if you are noob: buy a trainner )
What would you like to see in quake 3 ?
I would like to see a good anti hack program or something that would make all cheaters cry and never come back ( i agree with skull on this)
On excessiveplus i would like to see .. 3d support (Avatar: I see uuuu) and less arrogance/narcisism and power from admins/mods, leaders and players .. be fair .. work more and always communicate! treat others like you would like to be treated.
and in the end i say : we all play this game for fun and we invest in ppl here (even if we kill our best mates on the same servers) we invest in relations: clans teams funteams wars. and not in the end WE INVEST IN NEWCOMMERS! when i was coleader i was joining noob servers maybe maybe i can see some guy that is have the AMBITION and CURRAGE to join a clan and start an excessiveplus career. this was happend with me in 1st and most probably this was happend to you my reader. Excessive plus wont die if we do our jobs of ambassadors of this mod in the quake 3 world
Get me fresh meat! (like a zombie would say)

anticheatprogram in general theres nothing against wallhack, autoshoot or aimbot noobs
forget about punkbuster its kinda useless
