OK when you setup a password for server what is the command that you enter consold to get in

Is it possible as a normal player (w/o rcon) to type a command into the console to see what guid_relax is set @ on a PB enabled server? Or is it only possible should you have rcon?

Anyways. I use xp_enemymodel and all of the models look white. In almost all of the videos i've seen of e+ the models look green.
y cant lee host a insta freeze server, ive got him all the files he needs and he's opend the 27960 and 27961 ports, and the server still aint being broadcast any ideas?
