That seem's a bit hit and miss to me. What if they tell you to go f*ck yourself? They change name, play again, you have zero control's over any aspect of these changes as an admin with no Punk Buster facility.

Surely it makes sense to use the tools provided by Even Balance to weed out the cheats with good accuracy?

I will do that I play at Busters server in the US over the weekend sometimes UFT +fast rail / hook, with unlagged on work's ok with a high ping, great crowd as well.

Punk Busted servers benefit the community in the long run, as I said before those that choose to endorse no Punk Buster at all or means to improve it's performance on low end server setups, you do have to wonder what their intentions are?

Just an observation but it does seem as though no PB is something predominantly started by European players across many areas of Quake 3. Why that is still amazes me to this day, especially from the German fans, Germany is a benchmark for setting standard's.
