hey guys,its been long time since i played with you all,maybe someone remeber me..maybe not , most likely not hehe...im from latvia
anyway there is a possibility that im going to come to work and live to stockholm in autumn,so i wanted to asked Swe people some questions whats the average price for a small 1 room apartment in stockholm? maybe someone has any tips or advices to be known before i come here

im thankfull for any topicrelated or any offtopic responegreat beeing here again(virtualy)

As for Stockholm, you probably couldn't pick a worse town in the western hemisphere with regards to the housing situation. 20-30k people are moving in every year and the housing market isn't keeping up, at all. You'll be looking at 500€ for a room, likely 45-60 minutes outside of central Stockholm. Feel free to PM / ask here if there's something specific you want to know. If your work isn't providing you with an apartment you can try blocket.se (beware of scammers though!! Don't pay in advance, and you might have to 'bump' your chances by bribing the guy if you have the cash….sad but that's how messed up the situation has become).

Also, start queuing in the various apartment-queues there are ASAP. If you have income and work you will get some offers quicker than otherwise.
