\startmvd
has a few problems that were not seen before/ or resolved.

Icon bug: Sometimes when you do \startmvd it dosn't change the flag into the mvd recording icon. sometimes works sometimes not. I don't understand why sometimes works.

Freefly bug: Sometimes when you do \startmvd and the teams are locked gives the possibility to freefly the map even if before the \startmvd you couldn't freefly. Now its v. important to have xp_maxmvd 1 to make sure that there aren't other specs who are recording the game. except the agreed referee. End of map stop bug: Sometimes it happens that the mvd recording dosn't stop after the map ended. This is a old bug showing again here: http://www.excessiveplus.net/forums/thread/problem-with-the-startmvd which solution was to stop mvd recording when the map is rotated/restarted
