q4 and excessive?

I'm following this project very closely, but am not too excited about it. I gave up on Quake 4 a longer while ago, and i doubt this would be enough to make me want to play again.

Still, i wish you guys succeed. I just hope you will not succeed so much it will start stealing players from here. Tongue

q4 e+ sounds cool. but i wonder how much my fps will fall down with my actual hardware(pentium D 3,4Ghz,7600GT 256mb,1,5GB ram Sad )... anyway I have to start save money for new computer soon...

i have made one excessive mod, with enw menu, weapons like on q3, zzzmodels and all things

maybe i can help you guys and make this mod together

- I apologized my tvl's members and I pleased them to play match vs fuc sunday but they definately disagree ... Dunno why - abarth isnt whole tvl.

What happened to this project? How far did it go and such? is there a mod on q4?

Unfortunately when gtr had become advanced q4 had been nearly dead and ko was closed - 2 of 3 from us (ko) who were involved in this project quited gaming life.

If you don't know w0rm, he used to play excessive in quake 3, made a mod called extreme arena for quake 3, started playing q4 and made this one.

Its topic about gtr which was more advanced than w0rm's mod which had only changed weapons definition files.
