We are talking about someone who

1- got busted by cheating when using a certain cheating tool [nobot bla]

2- seemed wallhacking in the demo Dark upped

3- are tellin us each time silly things about the bot: the point release, q3 dir, and lastly claims its only a aimbot tool bla bla bla

4 and finally deserved a permanent ban on all e+ servers!

Nopbot.exe doesn't just suddenly find its way into your directory, YOU PUT IT THERE! adn if you put it there, YOU KNEW WHAT IT WAS! and if you knew what it was and you put it there,

YOU USE IT!

Dood This is interesting.
But i think that the evidence is clear.
He download a q3 game... played with it... he was cought on that he has a aim stuff on his map... he deleted that... some one watch demos in slow motion to see things that are not there just watch untill he realy thinks he sees.
After all i played with him. Sneaky stile I love that. Listenin aroun corners and rail beep... correct jump and dont see just shoot...this is the only way for eg in CS (counter strike) to play... Absolutly possible.
I turned pb on while we was playin and pb did not kicked him.
I find him a good player and no guilty.
And u cant see all the things like listen there are this and this and this..against this and this and this... u have to use your IQ to determine things and there are some things that u cant just say cuzz it it metalanguage..that u cant simply CAN't determine by language.

What if i recuit him...?? This Shish is still not cleared and i think it wont be ever.
My suggestion is that for the paranoic ppls to record all the demos enable hardest Pb-s and scanners.
(when i was started to ply q3 i was accused lot of times by cheating.
