mx518 Shooting/switch lagging

Hi guys, i have a mx518 (mouse..) and its nearly new, i have it about a month, firstly when i started using it i had great switch, 3 switches in 1 second and all of them shooted, now, sometimes, i do switch the weapons but they dont shoot (1 out of 3 presses work, etc 1bfg shoots, 1 rocket doesnt shoot, and 1 rail doesnt shoot) eventually i cant play.
I'ive tried everything i could think of, no probs with usb port either, anybody got an idea what to do? This stuff happens during online, and offline gameplay.
My ingame mouse settings:
[code:1]/cl_mouseaccel 1
/in_mouse -1
/sensitivity 12[/code:1]

I use 400 dpi in my setpoint logitech thingy Happy

Any idea why, and can i solve it somehow?

at first try if u running q3 smoothly, i mean about dropping fps during game, also some lags can makes no fire. Sent/recieved infos from client to server
missing if u lags Smug

I aint lagging in general, even on purelly laggfree server this happens.
Il try dropping fps (com_maxfps?)..

check if u have stable fps when u playing, if so ur mouse is hardware damaged then, click buttons.
