I lag to specific servers ?

usually i ping at 30ms @ borg servers (all of them)
but during the day that ping does up, 30 to 60, then 60 to 100 (then back down to 30 at around midnight)

dunno why, it doesn't happen on other servers
i can join project 9 (same location, diff server) and ping is 30
why is it lagging me?
