He have cheat set in his cgf nothing else. It is similar as DEVA.Panic case. Punk buster dont caught him for cheat. PB kick him because of cvar. So we have to be same for all similar cases. Panic was not banned, will be right then that Pawel will not banned. Simply help the guy to delete from his cfg that set.

About Excel and Rappu:
I decided them to kick out them from TC clan, rappu for this that he got hardware ban on all servers with pb and he cant play cw's with us anymore, and excel for this command somewhere in his config, which be used in aimbot as artificial lag for someon who use that aimbot, I know because I saw already that things from a cheater long time ago who using all, autoshoot+wallhack+pingpredict command.
Case with them is now closed.

I hope you meant that as sarcasm, Xor. These cases are totally different in one detail - Panic is supposed to get the cvar from his evil bro who used to cheat, and this cheats stayed in the configs. Pawel, on the other hand, dosen't have even a weak explanation for this cvar getting into his config.

so if he doesnt can even make a weak explanation ( i could do better than he does :twisted: ) , he doesnt care .... so i think better ban or contact him on msn / yahoo and fix his problem . But i think he is at the begning (never saw him before on servers .. ) and i dont think he wanted to cheat instanly how he installed e+ so better contact him on msn and help me . Everybody does mistake

he already fix the problem, he can now enter on servers with pb + pure specially on C4 where he was kicked by pb for pingpredict command. I dont know how he do that, maybe he simplly delete that command from the config

I dont see any diference in both cases PB catch them beacause of set in their cfgs. So why Pawel must suffer and Panic untuched ? It is unfair then.

Hm, well, most people seem to believe Panic's story. I don't have a set opinion on his case yet. As to why Panic wasn't banned? I don't know, i neither make the rules nor enforce them. But whatever...
Ok, lol, let the cheater run free, then.

Panic isnt cheating , its not that im on his clan and it suppose to take his defend . I played before entering deva with him some games and i spec him too and didnt saw something fantastic at his frags ...... he doesnt have big scores like a cheater has . And btw who saw that in panic cfg(cheat ) ? cause i dont think he told look i m cheating;muhaha im so great u ... And if he was cheating why to give cfg to another person who didnt was good friend of him ? ( if it was a good friend it doesnt have to go to report cheater and say panic is cheating . he will try to fix that problem with panic )

Because excel fix his problem with pb and his clean now, he can again join TC clan, but if i see again some weird problems with pb with him, like bunnyjump command or something else i kick him forever

MAN but if they werent caught cheating they would stop ( because they stopped now when pb caught them ) so its logically that they will not cheat anymore NOW but we dunno about future . OK so ill go cheat " have fun " like they have pb caught me and after im free to play again ? That warning (pb) is supposed to be forever . Thats why when u do something u better read rules . So when he joined one server (almost all ) have cheating BAN. So dont tell me that he didnt saw it or he didnt know its bad to cheat . Why to give them a second chance : give a good reason and ok . I dont have something with them .
