get me a copy of the "rules of an official tower" and i will make a small map ( so its fast to dl off the server ) with 64 spawn poins.
that way i can brand it with the E+ logo

Probably there are no rules for such thing.
Oldvamp... a map like this one -with many platforms ( this is important ) from which to jump.
