So what happened to EPUC?

For those of you that dont know: A few months ago *XP*ALIMINIUM came up with this idea name EPUC, where another forum is created, where possible changes will be discussed by clan leaders ONLY (co-leaders too),
i.e. only leaders and co-leaders can post, but everyone can see it...

Generally, this idea was accepted by thr forum OGs, the votes were submintted (bout 85 people for/ 16 against), and then it disappeared for 6 months...

When TERM tried to resurrect this topic, almost no-one replied/ voted?

I dont see anything radical in "EPUC", only stuff related to clan management is voted on like this for example...

This will not threaten the e+ community, and nothing radical will come from it, it simply will allow to have a democratic system of solving problems/ accepting new ideas, as opposed to the current system of

with the whole thing then escalating into a 2 week/15 page flame war whcih ends up with a clan breaking up and x play@s leaving their clan (extreme case) (p.s. not based on a particular real event)

People state your opinions and dont forget to vote, i think its a good idea
