What would your job look like?

You would visit the bugtracker and Feedback forum on a regular basis.

Move qualified/missing suggestions/bug reports from the forum to the bugtracker, verify existing bugs and adjust the status accordingly, check the reproducibility, add notes to reports, mark duplicate bugs and so on.

How is the payment?

The payment is bad and the job is time intensive

No, honestly, this is a free project. You will get a special forum title showing that you are actively helping this project but other than that there are no benefits.
