u say u talking about comunity in general, hmm im the comunity man, like others ppl playing here
btw ppl that run servers for this mod, are not noobs they test bp and pure in leagues or public servers, and i more close to know how pb works, and iven see cheaters on pb 1 servers and iven busted fiews of these guys
if im wrote that punkbustered servers are tested and that was bad idea, that is not sugestion, not thesis, but an experience
explanation of what u wrote, can be feel like u sugesting that we are fools, belive me or not im understand perfec what u wrote in first post, andothers to, and if im not only one what think the same, meybe looking from our site u can see what we see, just try to feel like u ben on our place

ello. ive just read this whole discusion bout pb, and also joined some servers [the ones above] with enabled pb. and i kinda dont get it punkbuster servers on our community run without any PB CFG its just pb_sv_enable [sv_punkuster] and i dont get the meaninig of using pb that way
pb isnt updated so offten, and some new cheats probably can be used even if pb is on, but i can be easily blocked, using pb cvars check engine. pb [without cfg] doesnt kick players using bugs in q3, like cg_shadows "3" when enabled u can see ur enemy thru floors . . . .
I just wanna say YES to Punkbuster, but only if its setup correctly

Thx to all for voicing their opinions on PB. Like all forum threads this one has gotten a little off topic. I don't feell all servers should run PB. The thread subject should have been Why so few E+ PB servers?, rather than PB should be standard. Each server is set up as its admin sees fit and thats the whole point. Really I just wanted to bring up this topic for discussion publically. Too bad there isn't a Forum Aggression Buster. LOL.
