You can’t escape the "fact" 
though, that because we predominantly don’t run pb, other mods don’t even begin to take us seriously. Also I have lost count the new players that I have started chatting to and in general conversation its come up that the server doesn’t have pb on and the usual reply is " what ? there is no pb ? ...lol ok cu " and I never see them again.
...this is just an observation I have personally made

Since your post was off topic why care about mine in the first place? So you are allowed to post something like that but when i or anyone else does it you have to comment about it?
This isn't nonsens it's plain logic, if you have hax why not report them? It's simple and doesn't cost any money. Why have hax in the first place?

u can read? pb-team is keeping in eye the same community as i keep in eye, omg. as i know from a m8 of pb-team, who i know of forum of www.planetquake.de, told me, i dont have to report hax from that community i have in eye, cause they are watchin them by themelf. the prob is the race between crackers and pb-team! again....
and my sig isnt so wrong if i see what u do

The way you put it was that you have hax that can get past PB. On which i comment that you should report them. I haven't read anywhere that you don't have to report them because of that PB Team? 
and your sig is, just read it, the sentense is wrong.
"or for what u have a brain" translated exactly to german it might make sense, but in the current form in english it doesn't.

I have to accept that below par Quake 3 server administration standard's are the way it is in the EX+ community and are actively encouraged. Such is life, you know what you are doing at the end of the day? I rest soundly knowing the popular non Punk Busted server administrators are trained to detect everything PunkBuster can (and some) and the overall effect of not using Punk Buster is not really worth bothering about, it's a case of quantity not quality, it's not a brilliant standard in fact it is pretty poor but it is your standard and I accept that, I do not however have to agree with it.
I can make an educated guess as to why a good few have no interest in developing any standard's at all but it is only a guess, if they were using illegal copies of Quake 3 or using cheat's the administrators would know anyway.
