There are clans allowed to vote who obviosly don't have a interest to vote for the community, HQ. This isn't the most fair way in my eyes. Further clans voted, who don't c it as neccassary to explain their vote. If a clan has a voice for not just themself, they should at least justify themself for what they vote.

I am closing this vote. You can continue to discuss your point and I will not lock the topic. If the community can come up with a better vote for this issue we may revisit it later on. If anyone has any suggestions on a better way to handle this vote feel free to express them. Until the moderation team and ranking team feels a vote that will be handled in a more professional matter we will leave the rules in place as they stand.

If some people want to have just a delegation which is allowed to vote, like foksie or HQ, than all clans should suggest the delegation to vote. After suggestion, the suggested clans must agree to be allowed to vote. Than the clans vote the delegationed clans. Than the delegation can vote. This can be used also for future votes, like Foksie mentioned it, how it was his intention.

This is how it would be the most "fair" way. This is pretty complicated and hard to put through.

2nd but less complicated but more dangerous.
Everybody who is registered on forums can vote, each vote must content an explanation why he vote yes or no.


Anyway, i doubt it would be worth to make so much work, i guess the vote would lead anyway to a no. I am just personally disturbed, how some people talk about other humas as they would be just some cows, and thats why i am still active in this thread.

im dont tract ppl as cows, or i do, im confused... eh
on other hand i will dont ask about mine child name "unknown" for me people

im dont realy understand what kind of bonus give us, allowing to all, taking part in this decysion... enyone? enyone who will convince me?

kep a note that pumping someones ego its aint a factor for me...

We have in the past tried to put together a group or a delegation as stated to be responsible for the votes. We ran into the issue where who was selected to vote people feel slighted when they are not selected to be on the panel. In which case we would have to have a community vote on who to put in the panel. Which would require us to have a nomination vote for who should be voted on. In the time it would take to complete such votes nothing would get done. We would be in an endless debate over who got left out and why was from where.

the community is in a tough spot as you can see. If I could get a list together of who we think might make up a good solid counsel and get that list oked by the community, maybe that would work?

I don't c a point that there will increase a huge debate. If people have something voted, u can refer to the vote and close a upcoming thread or u can simply do ur argumentation with that.

If the community will vote a delegation with the condition that this delegation is responsible for common votes for a year, than there will be no arguement against this.

How to structure this vote (for example the number of clans in delegation and so on) is not my case.

Maybe 1st vote:
"Do u agree with an delegation"

2nd:
Who u want in the delegation (no clan can call itself) (people suggest clans).

3rd
Most named clans will come in the vote for delegation

4th
Vote for delegation.

But a problem i c in this way is, that a clan, who don't show a lot of interest in the community, will just vote what it thinks as first, without thinking about others aspects like for example humanity, common ussage etc. But the clan would be represantative anyway, because people voted for it.

Anyway there is to think about, if it is worth to do such a huge progress. Also anyway, as long there is no by the community voted delegation, the votes wont be representative and in this case we must work with free votable votes.
