not a real demogracy, u chose who vote. Some pretty active "new" clans are not allowed to vote, just the old farts. Bit strange that just a few clans can vote for many. The vote is far away of beeing representative if more than the half of the clans can't vote.

neverthless, i guess the vote would lead anyway to "no". I guess it is also correct to put someone for life in prison who have stolen a chewinggum when he was 13. Once a thief always a thief.
