here is no point to write "change back!", or "config sux", this are no friendly arguments even the background is missed. this is a vote for all who are playing ex5/6 cfg, so, the vote decides, not kinda commands!

it's also funny to see, how fast here some replies to other posts get done, barely possibly, that they are thought through.

we wanna have here some serious discussions and no flamelike posts.

my vote can get copied from frenzy's/kb's votes.

if you want speed i recomment: sod mod!

This mod should also require aim like in version 3 of pants or version 3 of unlagged. If you put all weapons to have a small delay when switching you actually have to think when you go in a room like: what is my best weapon, can i use it well in this room, what position is best in this room for this weapon, if that weapon doesn't help then what weapon should i use etc etc. All quick thinking, but easy to get a hang off. With fast switching you lose this part and you will see more luck frags due to fast switching, more spam due to fast switching etc etc.

personally i think it suck!

why?

cause moving with gaynades/bfg is a big part of e+ and when the switch time is that long, i for one cant move probably...

fuck it!

i have just been @ the FTAG server and i must say that if those weapon switchtimes stays i wont play on these servers anymore.. :oops:

think it strangles the gameplay and ppl are either gaynade spamming or camping with MG...

so IF you change em back gimme a pm else have a nice life :-({|= Sad

i like to use bfg, it is my favorite weapon and i sue it a lot, i like nice shots in air and HOLLY SHIT!!!
with fast,old cfg i cant do that because i'm all time taken down by lg but now it more difficoult to use lg for my oponent so i like new one and i dont think it will help to spam, campers, mg lamers or spamers are easy to hit ;D so i say yes for new switch time

as said before and partly in line with pinky's comment - i like to combine moving with gl and killing with bfg - so please, just make this possible, or at least, please make gl weaker - currently it leads to never ending nade rain on servers...

Well if its stay i really dont wanna play wit this mod anymore cause i liked that fast gamestyle. I liked tha switch old one. I dont wanna change! Soon after 1 year why should i? i really understand this step from the e+ team. I wrote my opinion here many times. Well i think i will stop this discuss and i hope that old one will be back. And i still say and it isnt attack or something---> to those players who came from excessive and want this-->go back to play excessive in 1.30.... and im sure that there are more ppl who really dont want this then who want. I dont understand why do u want a new excessive here when it died..why? ITS EXCESSIVE +! if its stay it will be a new excessive... Thats all i wanted to say. I really dont want post here again i wanna see the result soon. One more thing...if its stay then the e+ team have to forget the --->>>> + <<<<---

lol pinky i played a lot ffa with this new config, and i can say, every there were at least 90% spammer, that is what u want easy?? lot of spammers? all ppl use mg, cuz the damage high and can shoot as far as can, i cant go and kill,cuz i die, and why?, cuz i cant do the gl jump and suddenly the lg, or bfg changing... and it happened in tag,and ctf servers too, i enjoyed the ffa with old e5.cfg, atm it is boring, and ffa means: who is the best aimer with mg..... that shit, pls change it back...

After this change i sor that ppls spam more because they dont wont to change to another weapon and get killed while changing...

When i enter FFA and TAG server all ppls ask me about what happened to the config and 80-90% of them want the old one back...

Most optimal: Change settings back, and let the ppls who want to play with the new settings on 1.30 servers.
