No response from master server. Help please

Geez i have this problem again. My quake (multiplayer) isnt working for 4 days now. I have my game updated as well as my e+, I ve tried a lot of server browsers like Qconnect reccommended by one user who tried to help me which i really appreciate , All seeing eye, Qtracker. But none of them is working for me now as well as ingame browser. Well i think i ve just done everything necessary to put it back to work, but even reinstalling Q3 wasnt the right solution.

Well i also tried to change my hosts file in system32 as said in the thread, but nothing changed. Im really confused now.

Try to copy an IP adress, and paste it in 'specify' and tell me what happens than.

To add some info, this problem is not also with E+, but with Quake 3 Arena default mod. MY quake 3 arena is patched to 1.32

I tried it, but i only get the screen with: Awaiting challenge...1, then 2,3,4,... and it just goes up like this Confused

Allright i tried to edit the hosts file. But nothing happened. Many people wrote that it helped, but when i copied a hosts file from one user there still nothing changed Confused then tried to change net_noudp, still nothing.
Also someone wrote cl_allowDownload 1 helped him with this problem. I put it in the console , but nothing.I have tried to replace excessive plus folder with the one u posted but everything is the same Confused Im mad. I might be doing something wrong, but i dont think so.
