Intel APU fps lag

Hoi,
i have a intel 3570k APU and i dont use any grafic card.
the problem is that i have hard FPS lag on q3, every other game works perfect. the screen freeze for 1 or 2 sec... anyone had/has the same problem and a idea how to fix it?

I don't think that the problem is caused by integrated video. I mean hardware. Maybe you'd better to update drivers or try to verify all this with default config of Quake3.

well i did that @ first and didnt help... looks like the APU isnt the problem... i installed CPULASSO, setted just 2 of 4 cores for q3 with max priority and disabled a win setting called "dynamic thread priority" and now it works
