biggest reason for me, i cant plan my wars free, i must look for a referee who has time, and i dont have any will to do that.

I guess.. Perhaps the evaluation of activity? :roll: I know for instance: term (myself), pan, bo, parasight, HQ, Wax are all very active people.

In the end, more thought needs to be put in to the 'Judges' idea. It may be quite problematic down the line, 'Freely' as Mow put it.

OK dude, i wanted to stay out of this seing a lot are agree, but in my eyes, no need to add more rules and more guys to valid a clanwar. As always the more easy to play the more clanwars and fun we will get.

So i will only take your points back

The judge will:

-check the server for pure and pb.>> for me it's clan leader responsability
-handle the map rotation, game execution, and teams.>>a server admin or a clan server admin can handle this easily
-make notes on player and/or clan behaviour>> i think we have enough notes from every guys/clan without this
-check if players who play are allowed to do so (check below)>> again clanleaders responsability, if they allow him or not i don't really care, that's their prob
-if a player is abbusive, insultive or caught by pb, the judge has to make notes and post about it.>> a screenshot from 1 of the clan is enough if they want to report it to this forum isn't it ?
-then the judges will decide if to issue a warning.>>what it can change. The clanleader only take this kind of decision for his clan
-a player with a warning cant play on the next cw.>> again decision from clanleader. If the oponent don't see prob with the guy then let them play dude
-3 warnings and the player cant play at all on ranked cws, unless the ban gets removed by judges (for example for good behaviour over some time) judges can't be always on server to check if the behaviour of a guy improved or not
-getting caught cheating and the player is automaticaly not allowed to play on cws, unless that gets lifted by judges later (for any reason, for example proving innocence)>> yeah but again it's clanleader job, if he wants to clean his clan or not
-if a clan behaves badly all together, the judges may fine the clan by droping it in rank, and/or removing points.>>good idea but so hard to do and will it bring real efficiency ? i'm not sure about that
-clans that do that excessivly can and will be removed from ranking>> yeah why not but never saw such big prob with any clan
-judges must be polite, good diplomats and know the game rules and server control>> of course

SO for me idea are goods but i don't see enough benefit to create such big acheivement. For me the better is sometimes the enemy of good. I'm for keeping all things easy to run and to do if no big change

And in direct reference to Rena's remarks:

Well, perhaps if there is a disagreement between each side, a simple Witness/Referee can be the server owner and the server owner only. It cuts out all the Council and Judges.

IMO I am for similar in clan wars. E+ make list of referees.

1. Clans dont need to ask for them. (If they will have any truobles after match it is then they problem, and remach must be done with referee.)
2. If they wanna to, just ask for referee, and one of referees will be nominate for taht CW. Simple.

Also E+ will for beginer clans provide server for CW.

So, my proposition is: Let clans decide if they need referee or not.
