Spawn killing is an integral part of e+ mod and its game play it is very fast matchup and without spawn fragging it wont be so fun. As taker said u can w8 and not spawn too fast and ofcourse there are some ppl camping at spawns all the time but they are lamers and it is verey less probably that if he camps the same spawn all the time and win the match coz there are more than one spanws on the map even if it is small and ppl who have big skill simply know how to move extreamlu fast on the map and then kill u at spawns in fact if they are lucky coz u never know where ure enemy will spawn + if he w8 with spawn its hard to predict...

i shoot anything that moves...
