there is difference btw a noob camping at spawn point and spamming it and...... strategic camping !!. let's make things clear :

take DM17 for example , you are forced by the way the map has been designed to stay in your best point of view , and hit pple jumping around.

cause when you jump , you have a moment , when you are in mid air , where your speed equals zero. ( and u cant strafe ....this is the slight moment when you are vulnerable to a player aiming at you from the ground.

plus, there is an axis (when you are in middle plateform ), where you can aim at three spawn points in the same direct and horizonthal line.

in dm3 , you have the large plateform where , you have a perfect view to right and left corridor ( hall) where you can see a player coming from long way. of course..you are also a target from any of those halls. but half of your body is protected by two plateforms ( right and left plateform ) ...And....you have four spawn points in front of you....when you hit , you are most likely to have the next frag by spawn killing....so that makes it a strategic place to be when you can...( some can disagree , on that.

in dm2, the place open to sky is the place where fights take place the most in 1v1. it is also a strategic place.

this also is true in other game types.

of course moving fast is necessary , but only when needed.and when you
are in an attacking mood.

if you still see me as a camper , then be it.but watch your back on servers.
