Site is now up and running on http://tv.excessiveplus.net 
Currently working on comments system, e-mail subscription and hq/lq option.
Info
- Vods isnt streamed through rtmp anymore, we're now using progressive download to help low-bandwidth users with a progress bar.
- The vods currently hosted isnt meant to be movies in that sens that they are edited in any way. The main focus would be raw E+ gameplay
- For moviemakers that is looking to host their work of art, we can set something up. It would be in your desired resolution and in any quality, It can then be embeded with flashplayer anywhere (And hopefully with your permission posted on a future moviepage.)
Finally we're also looking for some help:
- Commentator of live games => Must speak fluid english 
- Help with php/Grafical layout.

Can we create a special irc channel for live streaming talking ? so we dont flood the e+ channel when events are on. imo will be better. idk

- Thx to the help of e+ community we were able to do a livestream update
Camel and me tested different settings on aim freezer today, we tryed to listen to the feedback we've had so far:
[code:1]Wishlist: Higher resolution, more fps, Lower bitrate and lq/hq option.

So we made hq/lq option for live stream in an atempt to deliver E+ content too as many people as possible.
The "hq" stream have the same bitrate as before (1.2mbps), however the resolution is increased. This reduces image sharpness (Give and take.) But we still feel it's acceptable concidering it's live.
The lq stream is running @ 500kbps and lower resolution.
Using 2rig system now, so the video is hopefully smoother compared to superwebcam/webcam max.

Depending on future feedback, it would be possible to increase bitrate of hq stream to get some of the sharpness back.
