seta fx_Vibrate???

hi,
after i have seen some nice explosion effects on vids like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1J6aivxstgo
i´ve started searching the web... i´ve found out that the cvar for this is seta fx_Vibrate "0/1"... so i´ve added it to my cfg - but if theres an explosion i dont see that effect 
help plz...

its q3mme cvar not excessiveplus one.
