For another option you can try megarail config, like on openbox server (railonly+self knockback+fast gauntlet). Very good for fast moves.

Make cfg most similar to instaCTF on ql and play on it. There u need to show ur real skills in movement/aim. It's my suggestion.

Moderninsta = rail spam ftw. Not exactly tactics is it, when you can continually spam a corridor with your rail.
