Hello, i have a problem in my server. After end of 10 fraglimit my server is stay on statistic screen, only after all player press enter or click mouse1, and get "ready" in statistic, then server is change map from my config in mapcycle. I Have a ploblem with bots, bots dont click Enter or mouse1, and my server is stay on statistic screen. If i connect to my server, and press Enter or mouse1, and get "ready", then my server is change a map. Please Help me... really need your help.

usually bots do it automatically once game is over
I've never really stumbled upon such a problem.

Please check your server.cfg
is it contains uncommented string
map test_bigbox
and if no - roll back to the original server configuration file
and start modify it over again but more carefully

Looked on your records I assumed you are not running excessiveplus mod as per your configuration rely on baseq3. Please decide what indeed you want to run as server and follow the documentation in appropriate cases: for BASEQ3 http://cyberfight.ru/offline/articles/29248/ for EXCESSIVEPLUS http://www.excessiveplus.net/documentation/server

Oh. why on baseq3 bots dont turn "ready"?

If the server is password protected by setting g_password bots are unable to join the game. If you want to run a private server with bots you might want to either use sv_privateClients and sv_privatePassword. Please verify your q3config.cfg for that. And, at least, next time strike your laziness reading documentation by yourself if seems nothing helps to resolve a problem )
