quake 4 will release in the usa in 14 days Happy october -14th
what do u think?
will u change or stay in quake 3?
what about the new point release?

I will buy quake 4 and hope it will be so good like quake 3. I am a little bit scared that the game feeling is the same like in doom 3 Crying . The graphic is very nice and i hope for some new maps and i heard there is a new weapon (is that true?).
When i like quake 4 i will stop quake 3 and play it only for fun, when not i will wait for quake 5 Winking .

I don't know anything about the new point release....
where is the download link and what is new/different?

Afaik point release 1.32b is just a linux-version of 1.32 which includes a few fixes. So it's about 2 years old Happy

And i think i'll give q4 a try, looks pretty neat Smug

but I hope that it requires a key, so that people dont download it and n00bs don't ruin it.

only 1 word for me and that is i watched some nice quake 4 mp demo's were people were telling tactics and movemend how the game feld and so on i realy loved it iam watching almost everyday the quake 4 movies i just dont get enough off it it think quake 4 definetly is going to be the best quake ever made (dont forget thats my opinion) Happy
