Quake 3 crashes Internet connection

Ich have 2 Problems:
1st: everytime i want to join, the Internet connection (w-lan) crashes after just a few seconds accompanied by the massage: "NET_SendPacket:WSAEINTR". To reconnect, i often have to deactivate and activate my w-lan.

2nd. after just a short time my q 3 often becomes dark.

Please help. I want to play excessive again.

hmm seems that ur wireless lan has not a strong signal or u are to far away from ur access point so he cant use the full bathwith from ur wireless.
u can try:
- choose a lower encryption 64bit exept 128bit
- a smaler way to ur access point
- make a driver update from ur wireless card
- a firmware update from ur access point or router

q3 gets dark when a "programm" "msg from icq msn" avired in the background... and u set that this programs are always in front...
