OK When i load Qname it says File Not Found Ipdb.db Plz help

Download this version: http://www.excessiveplus.net/files/release/xp-2.1.zip
Unrar.zip and copy new ipdb file with your excessiveplus folder. (version 2.2b).
That's all.
