I didnt bother them, I just asked about this cfg. it was only question. hmm its Support, so i dont know where is the problem. (?) oO
For me there is no problem, but i would have had never the idea to ask QL-Support something regarding/for Excessive Plus. You also don't call VW-Support if u have a problem with ur Audi.
They belong to the same holding, but they have for sure not any each other relating support.

Ehm, but i had an idea to ask them about that and i'm proud of myself bcuz i tried to get any informations about that cfg. each way is good, must laways try. thats all.

nitpicker, with my last car i was pleased to visit an authorized audi-garage. However, i drive Mercedes in the meantime.
