Well i don't like the "must" in your post for different reasons :
If there is probs with kicking by pb, for mostly hundreds of shit reasons like guids, extchar, pb version etc etc what you do ? you find an other serv ? if you can't, you cancel the war ?
If both clans and all players are agree without any suspicious and feel secure playing without pb there is no need to put pb as an obligation.
Now if only 1 player in 1 of the 2 clans asks for turning pb on, then it's an obligation to turn it on to avoid any suspicious about the war result or about 1 or many players. In this case yes the "must" is ok.
Personnaly i feel more secure playing with pb on clanwars and i try to keep pb on for every events. But against some clan, if some players get probs with pb, i don't really care to keep pb on or not cauz i trust them and if i don't play the war with pb then i shut up if suspicious cauz i didn't felt the need to turn pb on at the begining so i won't say a word about it and play with pb for the next 1.
To finish i don't think that the vote of 40 ppl means something for the whole community composed by hundreds of players cauz 90% of players don't really care. So as i said it should be an agreement between clans and players, not an obligation for all. And if disagrees, then PB ON.
I voted yes but the "must" have to be a "should"

lol yeah i know but some people whose not used to play with pb don't 
and i know hundreds of errors linked to client versions damaged or wrongly seted up.

he i know that a war like this come up again and thats nice demcracy where all ppl must play with pb and pure if they wanna get ranked in this ultra black-board ranking system which goes up to date every 3 weeks
I will just open this community in the mean that this ppl who dont want too play cw with pure and pb or just that ppl who have same mine like me and understand my point (the forcing for that from the "gods" of community) and not for this super ppl who are ok with this community and its "democracy"

I dont need too be protected from ppl like u, u know for me u are not much more then an arrogant person who dont checks any stuff out but wanna talk with their "superenglish" here ... i know that english isnt the matter here and i dont want too critizise ur english but u think that u are the master and i think iam the person who wants too fetch u back too ground and u know that. I dont mind what for games they play on any lanpartys or any other stuff, btw i have never seen a smaller lan party where they play with that "shit" sure the big contests and events gonna be played with pb and pure, but i think really that the ppl here can decide their own what they like too play cause the server admins who host servers for the cw's (mow me and some others) are ok with putting on pb+pure if any from this clans who are playing wanted too, but why should they play with both when both clans dont like too play on it and they trust each other ??? is it ur problem then when somebody cheats there or what ?
Thats my point cause its a senseless topic, no its no topic, its kinda dictatorship from mow ..... and all others say yes and amen too that cause they dont wanna have trouble or they just have no own mind, cause how said when someone from 2 teams (of cw playing teams) want too have pb then nobody says no, when somebody would do then it becomes corious, but why forcing teams too play with stuff they never want ?????

Ok i think i will close this case now cause it becomes very senseless for me, just think about what u do there mow ... UROCK!!!
i will play my cw's anyway without pb and pure except when something is strange or anyone of my enemys want too, And then this cw's which we play with pure and pb would be posted here, and when my projekt is ready then all cw's which gonna be played without pb and pure could be posted there for rank (for sure pb+pure cw's could be posted there too).
Where is the problem ?
