Two servers with same ip. It means if one not work or lag, then other too. Why not add new server in other location (in Netherlands or France)?

I decided to give the

not true, and believe me this Rootserver can handle 20 quake 3 servers! Sry the price is stable and ok , i dont want to change the location, it means i need to go to another provider with other prices, that i cant do @ the moment!
