mad is a genius troll but never forgett he is a very educated person same time.

he also did a great job as mod in past and is neutral enough to be mod once again, but we all know he doesnt want to and especially as ex mod you will understand why.

ive got an idear for selecting the mod WE ( the people ) want, like selecting a president ( like usa ).

the persons who want to be MOD/RANK MOD/EVENT MANAGER( s ) should all post ( in a new topic ) :

  • WHO he/she/it is
  • WHY we ( the people ) should pick her/him/it
  • WHAT it/her/him can do to make this a beter place for everyone
its only a short version and others can ask ( in maybe the topic they will create ) what they want to know more about the candidate's

and after ( timelimit expired like 7 day's ) some time TERM/MISSTRESS should make a topic with a list of the candidates who are seriouse people and we ( the people ) should post the names they want to see as MODS/RANK MODS/EVENT MANAGER( s )

this is just what popped into my mind and is a rough sketch of what my idear is, i hope anyone understands what i mean and that this can/will work for all of us !

Zont and Kaktus should definitely be made mods, if not rank mods. Big F1 for Fate, Marcus and Seebz. Equilibrium would be a good choice too but he's too i.a. As for existing mods, Epsi should stay and perhaps Ali. If only Skinnis was active!
I think I'll be too lenient and have little discipline so don't expect me to trash many threads - F2 for myself Tongue .
Totally against Zaxtor because of lack of english and experience. I'm sure Asphyx wouldn't be influenced by others and decisions would be made democratically, but again, english isn't his strong point and communicating to others is very important. He takes too many things to heart and I'm not in favour of his e+ promotional methods either.

Btw, great to see some reform. Gj missy Big grin .

if all would understand what we have here, could have here

i can tell u what i see or what it could be...

1. small community where in first position is to have fun on game in forum, even communication.

2. mod´s could do there job with fun, if mod´s wouldnt need to adjust all the time forum wars, ofc it is there buisness to hold a discuss in a fair, and not flaming way but not all the time.

3. A nice Group of ppl, if there wouldnt be so much classifacation, here are new members, young ppl, old ppl, old members, we have to respect each other more. Often its like in a kindergarden here. If we could reduce this, all will take advantage out of it.

4. just changing ppl in places will not take that "big effect" but how to change ppl´s thinking or charakter, will not work but its needed sometimes.

Dont get sentence 4 in a wrong way. i know i cant and i will not force ppl to change, its just plz take more flair in what u are doing.

I guess there are more points i could write down but this is enough for now!

I stop wanting to become a moderator, because I see now that it is useless, I try to help this community but I see that it is useless. I do not see why I'll help you humiliate ending on and after me I'll help you out of the question. For many of you do not use their brains!
And do not see the right things.
I'll continue to make event and my small business on my side.
