I was hoping Torzelan's emergence in the E+ world would bring SWE out of their state of inactivity. I was actually chanting mantras to make it happen.

I agree totally. I thought Torzelan belonged with SWE from the first, and maybe things can turn around for them!

he is fresh air in our comunity. And I will be glad to come more experianced and also talkative forum people as Torzelan.
For me transfer from HYPER to SWE is logical step. Any Sweden guy dream to be mamber of SWE clan. And I am pretty sure that have alot other people which dont know Swedish dream about it to be SWE member.
Two scenarios i posible for Torzelan:
And also for Torzelan will be great play in active SWE clan. 
Best case scenario.
1. SWE will be active now, which will be great to comunity and we will have then finaly one SWE talkative member on forum
2. scenario is worst case scenario that SWE remain inactive and Torzelan play as freelancer with SWE TAG mostly.
Possible is in between. I hope that will be 1. case and that he find himself in SWE. Anyway I think that is great news this transfer.
And in my eyes he is not clanhoper, just seeker and I think and hope that he find finaly home.
