The cup organization by Shady'AK and Triv.

• match system like EURO 2008 -> first groups then single eliminations
• Group Stage maps will be TDM, knockout matches are allowed to be mixed (as long as there is a clear winner)

  • Match won 2:0 - 3 points (w/o is counted as 2:
  • Match won 2:1 - 2 points
  • Match lost 1-2 - 1 point
  • Match lost 0-2 - 0 points
  • Match lost by w/o - (- 1) point

    • Minimum one game per week
    • spectators allowed:
    • if a clan doesn't appear on server 20 mins after time game was to be started, it can be treated as w/o
    • a player classifies for a country in FIFA rules (must be either born in Country, live in country for 4 years+)
    • winners have to post match in in event forums
    • if a player is missing u must wait 2 timeouts for him. if there isn't any substitute and he don't come back after 2 timeouts the map is considered as lost 200:0 if tdm, 15:0 if tag and 8:0 if CTF
    • Every player must use National Tag + nick in every match in cup
    • If the National Team isn't replying on challenges (final time for reply is 2 days b4 the date) , the challenging Team may call this game a WO, The challenger has to post a report post like from normal game with proofs (screen, logs, etc)

• Referees
  • every match must have an official ref who records demos from both povs
    • exceptions
      • 5 minutes after time where match should have started u are allowed to search for an non official ref. he have to record demos.
      • 10 minutes after time where match should have started u are allowed to play without ref both clans agree. a spectator or 1 guy ingame of a clan has to record his own team. from other clan one has to do same.

• Demos
  • demos have to be recorded by referee(both povs.)every National Team who locked team have to give the join word to the the referee.
  • for the case: no ref there. check referees and u will see who have to record demos
  • Demos must be uploaded by 24 h after the match ended

• Punishment
  • -1 point in league scoreboard for loosing by w/o
  • not allowed to play next gameweek for team killing on purpose
  • if a national team quits cup, all their games will be annulled and will get -5 points in their group
  • 3 WO's in a row is considered qutting the cup
