Hi all, I am well aware of how the old XP files were setup so i could do anything i wanted. I still dont understand how to customise anything with the new release.

A good example is how do i run my russty.cfg file in C:\Program Files\Quake III Arena\excessivepluss\conf\russty.cfg, that is just an example. I dont have a russty.cfg but how do i set it to the other cfg files in there to try them out?

Anyone who has been in my servers can expect to use the grapple.... How do i turn that on and set the specs?

Pardon me if i seem a little stupid for asking these questions but none of the files in the \docs answered my questions and i havn't been able to find any answeres on the forum, mabey noone asked the same questions....

i got it now

Holly crap, i took a good 2 hours and figured out everything i need to know!!

And i have to give mad props to everyone on the excessive team!!

The new setup kicks @$$!!

The thing i like the most is how i can load diffrent cfg's per map, full out deathmatch with crazy weapons, to q3dm17 rail only 1 VS 1, to ctf!!

Thank you all for making an excellent mod even better.

ok i did that now it shows up in the setup/controls/weapons menu but it wont play in the game itself im lost Love struck Thinking Evil Thinking

in your e+ folder, go to the Tools subdirectory and choose the one which isn't the name maker and make your own server cfg Happy

Errr...

i dont have a clue about y is my name in forums appearing the way it is now...
it kinda suxx, and i imported it from q3name generator, it should be read as YORG@SH, but it writes numbers and letters and stuff...
