Mad, give it up, Rena will not justify hisself for his offensive behavior. He has the impression, that it is not necessary to explain hisself.
He is right and we all are wrong.
He said word wordly, that a discussion will never lead to conclusions, so, here is no sense to get some answers.

You made your job look more important than it actually is and the way you handle your "goodbye" shows that too. Indeed you did it well and offered services outside the "feeding the database" but asking straight forward for money? That's simply lol. Hell, on most european countries students learn how to handle databases on high school. And about the cups, it was a good job (as with the ranking) but many cups were lead by other people with equal or greater success. You did everything nicely but don't show yourself as a hero. I am just curious, what did term offer to you for the job? A couple of hair of his thick balls?

Other thing, you shouldn't do that because moderation team must have common stand. No matter I am case or other moderator.
Let me tell you something, when people chose me here as Ranking Leader they trust me, that mean leader of whole clan organisation. I on purpose did not wrote moderator. And I do as many said great job in ranking system which is maded by community desire like Armani suit. I never be trail their trust in past one year which is huge period in point of view one gaming community. Why you think that I will make something bad in this case ? Any logical expectations for that ?
Any initiative which I come here have huge resistance from people, I can put here at least 10 links in major stuff... In time serious and smart people don't make me miserable, because they learn that I will make something good, because in time I make it work ... and later everybody see that it was good....

I post it and dimension several times that vote is not mandatory. That will be CLAN LEADER VOTING, for me is standard democratic procedure:
First community see idea, try to understand idea, I after then explane to all what I wanna to do and why....
After that when majority understand and know what I wanna, also I gather infos from people and ideas, some people have interesting ideas to... I make final official voting.
Then clan leaders vote.
For example one thing which community reject and you can see that I am not any dicta tator is GAME TYPE 1 vs 1 clan against clan... I am thinking that is still good idea, fin tread and read... And will be huge kick in E+ ass, but I never back to that idea, because comunity dont wanna even voting is for it....
Also idea with DAVIS CUP which is also awesome.... You cant MAKE community to do something against will, that will fall in tiem, and you then will realize that you make wrong decisions....
My newspapers falling down because of yada, yada morons, was very nice issue in E+.... There you can find all related crucial infos what happened in E+ and you haven't for example time to browse all forums, simply go in NewsPapers and find short brief infos and related links...
My activity in time was less and less, because of jealousy and who know what else problems of some people lik Tartaros... That all kill creativity in me and my positive energy...
I can link all that with proves etc... That is general trend in this forum, now nobody post any good or interesting because of spammers and spoil topic guys... When some tread which is interesting will posted vultures come to kill it.... So, forum in time become rubbish, and will die in enthrophy....
Maybe I will continue to wrote this, BTW this post bring me back in time when I wrote NewsPapers....
Anyway I wanna write here that a lot silent majority on this forum support me, I can wrote huge list of names, but they also sick and tired to fight with windmills as I am....
