Correct me if im wrong,
but wasnt he the one who had a couple of new accounts / names to pretend that he is someone new in the community, but allways got caught???

VOTE YES.... Provided that it is last chance... Any can come across once, but not all can recognize and repent of their affairs. Horizon - repentance? We can't know. But he tries to correct the honor. On not tried to change the provider use dynamic IP address, thus receiving the new akkaunt.I'm hope that he will start to play fair.
