GenX and the future

We need to talk a bit... Maybe on irc, maybe on a server. But we do need to hold a meeting quite soon about the clans future and plans. We need to kickstart this clan into gear again because nothing has been happening which of course is mostly my fault beeing the only active leader and all. Servers were up late by me on monday I know, I keep forgetting.
THIS monday I want to see as many people coming as possible, and I want all members to think about what they wanna see in genx in the future, because this is what we will talk about on "training".
Some of the things we are going to talk about are active/inactive players and how to get the active players to stay active, and the inactive ones to become active.

As you can see only 7 people play on a regular basis and even those dont play "all the time". We all know why Sub is inactive, he is in military, dunno why refused dont play but we knew he was gonna play on and off when he joined, and I guess Carnag3 left e+ a long time ago. Bazze I havent seen online since he joined and rudz pops on now and then between SWG sessions 
About TIMM I simply dont know..
Either we need a new league in E+ or we need to make some sort of change. Don't know if that means we kill the clan (REALLY HOPE NOT) and start new or if we just try to practice more and plan more cw's.

whats more ... although hq is leaving to start a new clan with zyzio and driv Im staying with GenX. Been here almost from the begininng and Im gonna be to the end. Also I was asked by Zyzio to join KO ... I think that its not necessary to say what did I reply...
hmmm there is a high possibility that szpak gonna leave us 2 and join KO ... Anyway It would be easier to him ... He does not speak english at all (I assume all of ya seen his posts in shotbox made with some kind of autotranslator ) ...

It seems we are short in numbers ... so Im gonna start recruitng. As it also seems that Alc gonna fall cose driv is joining KO and gates got pissed on and left e+ ,,, ill try to get Cash and Nispe. They are both good but still Im suggesting to start tryout tradition. 3 fight versus diffrent GenX. One of them HAS to be victorious or sth like that. On pure and pb server.
Also Im gonna look for other recruits.

Mabe not a good thread to put this...
Wrote Bo a long message about this. He never got it coz i never sent it.
But i did have a talk with him. So i think he got the picture.
<x.SwE> is as u all know now a go. The 14th i got the definitive opportunity to join. Some of them knew that i have been interested in a all swe clan 4 a long time. So this was no 'standard' recruiting, just kinda 'now we have one, u still interested? If u r, u r welcome.' thing. When BRO died, it was not pretty. I got a quite pissed about it so i wanted a clean break. Foolish, but thats why i didnt follow to EVOL. So i planned to start a new one of my own...
But then u guys showed...
Mabe its not a good time to leave genX, now when HQ left and all. But i guess there never is. 
Its been fun and a privelige to have been a part of genX. I thank you all!
Pho3nix, since i discovered E+ and saw u in action, i've been a a big fan of your style (not only gamestyle). Never change dude!
And Bo, you are a great clanleader.

I will ask Bazze if he stays.
But i wouldnt count on it.
Anyways...
I dont 'know' any of them so i might face disaster, but i really believe i have to give this a chance.

Well im sorry to not participate to CW, but this is hard to manage my time between irl, q3 and others mmorpg 
I m proud to ware the Genx Flag and i always try to put it on the top at the end of a match
Anyways, i will follow all the decision u could take

And I read what pandora say, its no good to to gates live ALC(only 1 person who speak englis) other players now hawe comunication troble.
DRIV always wona live ALC and he waiting 4 good moment, this moment is now. I dont wona that ALC fool down, Phonix dont talk witch NISPE and CASH, they are the best players now in ALC, withnout thet this clan dont exist. I talk to CUKIER he speak english weel and wona join some clan, ALC need hem, this be good team. help them to survive, and dont make them fool down.
