if some clan dont have active 4th players, then they cant join this event/league easy. 4v4 is minimum, and its great idea, and im big fun of it.

Sry Rage min players remains 4 coz 3vs3 sux. And dont worry noone will slow down the schedule of the league for that reason.

You know that everyone plays 4v4 all the time! No one likes to play 3v3 but clans will only play 3v3 if a team really struggles to find players an its always been like that.

Well its either that or they say they dont have enough players and need to reschedule.
I still see 3v3 min as a fairer rule for everyone, rather than 4v4 but hey its your choice.

Edit: If 4th player is noob for 1 team and the other team have their 4 strong players then wouldn't 3v3 with both squads having strong players be a fairer game?
