Hi , i am facing some problems with my game :

1st - /sv_fps 120 doesnt remain , although it makes it more smooth

2nd - /com_maxfps 125 works but , my fps counter shows 125 very rare , even if im in spec mode
its actually drops down every 3 seconds to different values making the screen (visibilty) stop just like lag
but its little different feeling cus my connection and settings all seem to be stable , so its not kind of lag
and it feels more like im having more gravity in game ( too heavy walking )

I think this can help , im running Win Vista with WINXP SP2 compatibility in order to > /r_gamma .

I also have this in Single Player mode , set singular CPU Affinity doesnt fix it

Any help will be welcomed thx in advance

what system do you have ? cpu / graphic card /ram

have you tried with the q3 default config settings ?

his ips have no connection with k3raz/ snoopi / nik3 .. i've checked

and his comunications skills look more advance then k3raz's ones

Hi again , please dont work to know who i am instead of help Happy , it's not a joke neither about lagly assfps, my problem isnt the same as Simpsons it was just by accident or something wrong happening to the game these days .

Anyway ,i'm having an advanced Geforce 8000+ series , 4GB DDR2 , quad core CPU for who ask about my hardware .

I did what Epsi told me ( deleted q3config.cfg ) from both baseq3 and e+ folders , it became little smoother , but still something wrong , here is the demo may help , it's been played with single core in my single player mode /loaded plusn.cfg

*All my drivers work fine , i was playing in the past with the same PC status , only recently i faced this problem*

I noticed more stability on fps using default cfgs , but lag strikes still exist ...
