Over the past few weeks, I have noticed people have started force voting.

They call a vote, when it fails, they recall teh same vote again and again until everyone gets fed up and votes yes.

This is becoming increasingly annoying, and I think it should be dealt with, using a 24 hour ban.

why is it acctually the problem ppl vote ? u can kick who push voting but u cant ban someone because he/she vote... so please kick or its gonna be mess or no vote Happy

This is really an issue as some ppl abuse the voting system and spam /callvote commands for maps, conf etc only to become annoying with the intention to disrupt the game for the others.

I know a specific guy who calls votes continuously for the most stupid things (like changing cfg in the middle of the game while we play e5). He calls the votes as often as possible and his sole purpose is to obstruct the game.

Maybe some restrictions would be in order - like a restriction that will not allow a person to call more than one vote in a map??

As for the ban, proposed here, i think this would be too strict for a slight misconduct like this one. It should be reserved only for the obvious cases of cheating, imo Happy
