happened after rotate via rcon (inclusive gametypechange imo) on bloody server, i wasnt listed as player in scoreboard, neither fala had a hitsound for me (at least he said so).
demo avaible on need.
i was on scores in console at the end though.

It happens when FFA map is played after team gametype in various ways: playing spectator, invisible player. Try this rotation for example:

g_gametype: 3
fraglimit: 15
timelimit: 15
/k allbots
/bot_minplayers 1
