Faked stats....

it's only done over and over again beacuse many nuubs dont know how to press f1 or f2 or whatever. I mean i have voted many times, if ur lucky u get 4 votes total out of more than 12 players.

I think voting for maps is a cool feature, and should not be removed.

I don't think that they actually tried to fake the stats (the impact wasn't that dramatic anyway). I know myself how much fun it is to play those maps late at night. So I am not going to disallow it.

I changed the parser to simply ignore games played on those maps. So you can continue to play test_smallbox (especially because it's my map Winking) but it wont be registrated in the stats at all.
The vote for 'map' was enabled again, the stats were already regenerated.

I hope I could satisfy all parties.

well, the stats at all are a fake Winking

If someone just plays against noobs and else he doesnt play, then this is also faking the stats...

Or playing only with bfg although he likes mg more... just because bfg gives more score...

Or those who just defend... to get more score...

I guess... just ban all Happy then the stats will be fair Winking

problem in the stats:

1. they dont look whether you shoot a good or a noobish player
2. they dont look whether a player is playing alone or against others. (includes capping alone)
3. they give different score for different weapons. (bfg gives way more than mg)
4. they cant show the skill of an offender. Because he gets less frags and score... but is sometimes a way better player than defenders.

Result: stats are stupid Winking Just dont care about them...
