well somtime admins dont need to post eny prof if it have detected cheat or they know guy very well, and is no doubt he cheated, some words of g-ray are pure nonsense, np. when i post scren with pb busted guy and he sayed "where the proof is, send me some demos" he is playn stupid or like to piss ppl cose its funy for him

if admins dont have sure they will talk about that person and if they have inaf proofs they will ban por bastard ass, another fact is that some of admins somtimes take to rush decysion then on forum always is a big dyscusion about that

i wrote it for all admins on the servers dot take eny actions if u have iven only 1% in yors mind he can play fair, wayt he will slipt and the u have yors revenge posting IP GUID NICK and all admins ban the fool, if u have not inaf poofs and make form it public thing the damed cheater can read that and start watch out then u will never bust him
